The purpose of the meeting was to identify the future priorities of nursing education as well as discuss current and future barriers and strategies to promote use of competency-based education, artificial intelligence, planetary health, and nurse well-being constructs into nursing education curricula.  It also covered the challenges and strategies to address the global nurse educator shortage. 

    The Future of Nursing Education offers guidance and practical strategies on a global scale for issues that impact nurse educators today and that will affect the next generation of nurse educators.
