Canadian Nursing Health Assessment: A Best Practice Approach , second edition, reflects a progressive and modern view of Canadian nursing practice, featuring innovative elements that facilitate comprehensive examinations, and unique features that assist with application and analysis, including new symptom analysis boxes. The text reflects Canadian best practices, standards of health promotion and screening guidelines as well as Canadian standards of communication and documentation. In addition to the Canadian nursing research provided for each chapter, there are focused health promotion topics and critical thinking questions that reflect the NCLEX. Additional features and online resources round out the book and build on the in-text threaded cases to reinforce correct elements of subjective and objective data collection and variations necessary for different problems, age groups, and cultures.
